It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news of the recent passing of longtime SJCC faculty member Barry Del Buono. In addition to his time at SJCC, Barry lived a life of service to others, first as a Roman Catholic priest and later as a social worker.
In the tapestry of our professional lives, there are certain threads that stand out, weaving themselves into the fabric of our memories and leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. Such was the presence of Tim Harper, a cherished retired member of our college who recently departed from this world, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and dedication.

I was informed in early September 2023 that Dan Haley had passed away. I was and am saddened. He left us far too soon. He was a wonderful friend and colleague; he worked at SJCC from the early 2000s to 2018.
